All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) Time Zone UTC+8 will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs, including Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, 4PX Express and Yun Express. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, destination of your order (,and taxes if you want the shipping methodwhich can cover the tax fees, please contact support@lunahobby.com). During checkout, you will be able to choose your preferred shipping method and see the corresponding cost.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location. Standard Shipping typically takes 15-30 business days, while Express Shipping methods offer faster delivery options. Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs inspections or weather delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress online.

5. Customs and Import Fees

Please be aware that customs and import fees may apply to international orders. These fees are not included in your shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
